We are committed to providing the best after-sales service for all loyal PolarBites customers. The following are the Terms and Conditions (TnC) governing the warranty policy for the Phone Cooler PolarBites B1 Series. By making a purchase, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms:
The warranty only applies to the Phone Cooler PolarBites B1 Series.
The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date the product is received by the customer, based on official shipping data.
Each product is eligible for one-time warranty claim only.
Unboxing video and warranty claim video are MANDATORY for all warranty claims.
Unboxing video: Shows the product’s seal is intact, the process of turning on the product, and the product's initial condition upon first receipt.
Warranty claim video: Shows the product damage in detail and the current condition of the product before returning it.
The warranty covers the following damages, as long as they are not caused by user error:
PCB board
LED (specifically for B1s and B1 Elite series)
Entire 3D-printed body
Clamping mechanism
Fan and Peltier Warranty:
The Fan and/or Peltier are covered under warranty as long as the order has not been completed on the marketplace. If any issues are found during unboxing and testing — supported by a video — you can claim the warranty. However, once the order is marked as completed on the marketplace, the warranty coverage for the Fan and/or Peltier will no longer be available.
The warranty becomes void if the damage is caused by user error, including but not limited to:
Forcibly pulling the clamp, resulting in damage to the clamping system, including the spring and 3D-printed parts.
Using a power supply that does not comply with the product's data sheet.
Dropping, bumping, stepping on, or pressing the product, causing the 3D-printed parts to break.
Fan blade breakage due to:
Foreign objects entering the fan.
Dropping, bumping, pressing, or stepping on the fan.
Peltier breakage due to:
Dropping or bumping the unit.
Pressing or stepping on the Peltier.
Using an incompatible power supply, causing overheating.
Forceful installation or disassembly without following proper procedures.
Silicone pad tearing due to:
Excessive pulling or pressure during installation.
Contact with sharp objects.
Being pinched or accidentally folded.
Misuse, such as using it to support other objects.
The warranty seal is damaged or shows signs of tampering by the customer.
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Prepare an unboxing video showing:
The product's condition when first opened.
The process of turning on the product.
The warranty seal is still intact.
Create a warranty claim video showing:
The product damage in detail.
The condition of the warranty seal before returning the product.
Send both videos along with proof of purchase and a photo of the warranty seal to support@polarbitest2k.com.
If your claim is approved:
Shipping from the customer to the seller is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping from the seller to the customer is covered by the seller.
Our technical team will thoroughly inspect the product. If there are any indications of damage due to user error, the claim will be rejected.
The warranty is invalid if the customer does not provide both the unboxing and warranty claim videos as specified.
We reserve the right to reject claims if there are any irregularities in the videos (such as editing, manipulation, or signs of intentional damage).
Products that have already been repaired under warranty cannot be claimed again.
All decisions made by the PolarBites technical team are final and cannot be contested.
